Talk about challenge. Josie and her husband also bike and walk regularly. “We have enjoyed the challenge of a 50 mile bike ride course and look forward to that and more. Donna Horn Celebrates 8th Consecutive Year at Top 1% of Star!

Donna Horn celebrates an astounding 8th year in Star Real Estate’s 5-Star President’s Circle, as a consistent Top 1% Producer. Horn is modest about her contributions. When asked, Donna smiles and says that she owes her Seagate neighbors and friends so much that her seasonal street decorations and park events are a small way to show her gratitude. But the award nominator, Hanh Truong says, “We, the community members see it differently…We know how fortunate we are to have Donna as our neighbor, our beloved community member.” Truong also made a $1,000 contribution to Faith International Adoptions in Horn’s honor, saying “This is the agency that helped me to adopt my son, and your family has been a part of my journey of parenthood from the very beginning.”

Kaufman must have an affinity for TV. She was on 3 game shows as a young married. “I was on Gambit and won enough money for the down payment on our first house. That belief drove me to enter the business when the children were young.”
Whatever the market conditions, Kaufman thrives. “I like to help people. There is always business; people get transferred, divorced, married, and have children. There is always some demand. I worked during the period when interest rates for home loans were over 18% – that was a challenge. I think anytime can be a good time to buy. To me, the glass is always half-full and I bring that positive attitude to every transaction, along with a big smile,” she says.

Most of my business derives from repeat and referral customers. I love buyers, especially first-time buyers: educating them, helping them sort through the process and sharing the joy of their first home.
